  • Do you have a physical store or showroom?
    We are primarily an online brand. All orders are placed through our website, and we ship worldwide. If you’re in Zagreb and would like to see samples or pick up your order in person, please reach out to us at info@sensualstyleco.com to discuss possible arrangements.
  • How can I contact you if I have questions or need help?
    You can reach us by email at info@sensualstyleco.com or via our Contact Page. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
  • Do you accept urgent or rush orders?
    If you need your dancewear quickly, please email us at info@sensualstyleco.com before placing your order. Depending on our production schedule, we may be able to expedite your order for an additional fee.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes, we ship from our facility in Zagreb, Croatia, to customers all around the globe.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    Since each piece is handmade, please allow 5-7 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location: Within Europe: approximately 5-7 business days Outside Europe: approximately 10-15 business days
  • Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
    If you live outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept bank transfers (virmanske uplate) only. After you place an order, you’ll receive an email with our bank details and instructions on how to finalize payment.
  • Can I pay by credit card or PayPal?
    Not yet! We’re working on adding more payment methods in the future, but for now, all payments must be completed via bank transfer.
  • What if I need to cancel my order?
    If you need to cancel, please contact us at info@sensualstyleco.com as soon as possible. If production has not yet begun, we can usually accommodate a cancellation. If production has already started, certain fees may apply.
  • How do I figure out my size?
    We provide a size chart on each product page (or you can find it at Size Chart). If you’re still unsure, email us your measurements, and we’ll recommend the best size.
  • Can I customize my dancewear?
    Absolutely! Our dancewear is handmade, so we can often accommodate changes in length, color, or design details. Please contact us before or immediately after placing your order to confirm availability and pricing (if applicable).
  • What if my dancewear doesn’t fit when it arrives?
    We offer a 30-day return policy for standard sizes. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Custom or personalized orders are generally non-returnable unless they are defective.
  • How do I return an item?
    Email us at info@sensualstyleco.com with your order details and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on shipping the item back. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or exchange (if applicable).
  • Who covers return shipping costs?
    Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. In that case, we’ll cover the return shipping or provide another suitable solution.
  • How do I care for my dancewear?
    We recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and laying flat to dry. This helps preserve both the color and elasticity of the fabric over time.
  • What materials do you use?
    We choose high-quality, dance-friendly fabrics that offer comfort, stretch, and durability. Wherever possible, we aim to use eco-friendly materials in line with our commitment to sustainability.
